Local Project: "Gender Monitoring of Internal Policies"
Since 2000 the Municipality of Rome has chosen to focus its attention on the issue of gender auditing in local policies. In this frame the local project could to be offer the opportunity to monitor the organization of internal policies with respect to three different items:
- Women personnel training
- Gender perspective in budgeting activity
- Advancement of women in decision making position.
